The owner helped us to enjoy the weekend. Location was amazing and remote. Moreover, it was adjacent to friendliest quirky cafe, a running stream, and the Highlands...

The highlight of our stay was definitely the wood-burning Scandinavian hot tub on the veranda. It felt like we were soaking in a secluded oasis, surrounded by the serene beauty of the wooded area. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the area.
Limited village amenities.

The hot tub was incredible and the lodge itself was stunning! Felt so cozy like our own home. We had the fire burning and enjoyed watching movies on Netflix and playing board games. The beds were super comfortable. , loved the well-equipped kitchen and the lovely patio area.
The outdoor lighting on the patio could have been better, especially around the hot tub steps. It was difficult to see in the dark.

Loved the wood-burning hot tub on the veranda, felt like a glamorous lumberjack. Private parking was a real treat, glad I didn't have to fight for a spot with the local deer. And let's not forget the children's playground, where I showed those kids who's boss on the swings.
Slippery outside, almost had a mud wrestling match with nature.

The wood burning hot tub and cold loch were amazing. The community and quirky cafe were so friendly and cute. The owner's communication was detailed and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and the patio was lovely.
There could have been better outdoor lighting for the patio area with the hot tub, and a separate bin for recycling would have been a great addition. it would have been helpful to know in advance that there were no nearby shops or open restaurants in the village.
